When a baby has a cold, flu or snuffles from an allergy there is usually an overproduction of mucus that may block the baby's delicate nose. If the baby's nose is blocked, they have difficulty breathing and can become irritable, restless and often won't want to eat or sleep.

Otrivin works by gently diluting the mucus in baby's delicate nose. This diluted mucus can then be easily removed using the Otrivin Bulb Aspirator. The saline solution also helps to moisturise dry or crusted nasal passages which can arise due to low humidity from heated or airconditioned rooms. Otrivin baby provides soothing relief and helps baby to breathe freely.

Directions:

1. Tear one vial from pack and twist top to open.
2. Squeeze 2-5 drops into each nostril. Dispose of unused solution.
3. Squeeze and hold bulb to keep air expelled.
4. Place the tip of the aspirator at the opening of the nostril. Hold other nostril shut and gently release the bulb. Remove aspirator from nostril. Squeeze mucus out of the aspirator into a tissue.
5. Repeat in other nostril.

Note: The aspirator should sit at the opening of your baby's nostril and not inserted into a child's delicate nose. The suction produced upon release of the aspirator bulb is sufficient to pull the mucus out of the nostril. See product pack for more information.
