Shipping & Returns
Delivery:
We process your orders fast. So fast in fact that 98% are shipped within in 24 business hours.
All orders will be shipped within 3 business days from receipt of payment. We may use Australia Post E Parcel, Standard Post, or a National Road Freight Courier to fulfill your order. Delivery time from date of despatch to most capital cities is usually 1-4 working days.
Tip: If possible use your work or business location for the shipping details. This way you are ensured of receiving the delivery and saves the hassle of visiting your local post office if you are not home to sign for the parcel.
We charge a flat rate shipping of $6.95 for all orders under $100. Order over $100 ship free!
International Orders: We only deliver to Australian addresses and cannot accept payment via International Credit Cards or Credit Cards with an International BIN.

Returns:
We provide an unconditional return policy on damaged or defective goods purchased from our website. After receiving your order, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please return it unused and in its original, unmarked condition and packaging within 7 days for a full refund (shipping charge is not refundable). Please contact us by phone or email and we will provide a return address for unwanted items.
If you change your mind about the item ordered, we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping) for the item. The refund will be issued after receiving it back unopened and in the original packaging. Please contact us by email or phone to receive and Return Authorization number.
Due to Health Regulations, prescription items cannot be returned.
All goods to be returned, faulty or not, will require a Return Authorization Number before they can be returned. This is as much for your benefit as it is for ours, since most issues can be resolved without returning them, and saving you the shipping cost to us and back to you.
Once we receive the returned products they will be checked and we will issue your refund within 48 hours.
